ふたりの分担帳プライバシーポリシー

「ふたりの分担帳」（以下「本アプリ」）は、CLT NY INC.（以下「当社」）が提供する、2人で家事・育児などの分担を記録するアプリです。本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。

2人で共有するために扱う情報

本アプリは、2人の端末どうしで記録を共有するために Google の Firebase（Cloud Firestore・匿名認証）を使います。データは Google のサーバー（東京リージョン）に暗号化して保存されます。

端末ID：Firebase が端末ごとに発行する匿名の番号。どの2人組のメンバーかを見分けるためだけに使います。
入力した情報：呼び名、家事・育児の分担と時間、毎日の記録（やった項目・時間・記録した日時）、外での仕事の時間、行事とやること、生活費の項目と金額。
これらを見られるのは、招待コードでつながった2人の端末だけです。当社はこの情報を販売・第三者提供せず、広告や分析には使いません。
招待コードは7日で無効になり、使われた時点で削除されます。

iOS では、広告IDを使ってよいか最初に確認します。許可しなくても、アプリはすべて使えます。
欧州経済領域・英国などでは、法律にもとづいて広告の同意を確認します。設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。
入力した家事や生活費などの内容は、広告には使いません。

データの削除

すべて削除：「設定」→「すべてのデータを削除」で、2人の回答・毎日の記録・行事・生活費・招待コードなど、その2人組のデータがサーバーから直ちに削除されます。
アプリから操作できない場合は、admin@cltny.com 宛てに件名「ふたりの分担帳データ削除依頼」でご連絡ください。30日以内に削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。

年齢

本アプリは大人向けのアプリです。13歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。

Futari Buntan Privacy Policy

Futari Buntan (“the app”) is provided by CLT NY INC. (“we”) to help two people record how they share housework, childcare and other tasks. The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts or photos. There is no sign-up.

Information used to share between the two of you

The app uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Anonymous Authentication) so that the two devices can share records. Data is stored encrypted on Google’s servers (Tokyo region).

Device ID: an anonymous identifier issued by Firebase for each device, used only to know which pair a device belongs to.
What you enter: display names, how housework and childcare are shared and how long they take, daily log entries (task, duration and time logged), working hours, events and their to-dos, and household expenses.
Only the two devices connected with an invite code can see this information. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.
Invite codes expire after 7 days and are deleted once used.

Advertising

To keep the app free, it shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device information such as the advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to show ads and measure their performance.

On iOS, the app asks for permission before the advertising ID is used. You can use every feature without allowing it.
In the EEA, the UK and other regions where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent to ads. You can change it under Settings → “Ad privacy settings”.
What you enter in the app is never used for advertising.

Deleting your data

Delete everything: Settings → “Delete all data” immediately deletes the pair’s data (answers, daily logs, events, expenses and invite codes) from the server.
If you cannot do this in the app, email admin@cltny.com with the subject “Futari Buntan data deletion request”. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Age

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
