データ削除について

スマートフォンアプリ おまつり日本語 – 海外で育つ日本語（提供元: CLT NY INC.）のデータ削除の手順です。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。学習の記録は端末の中だけに保存されています。

端末内の学習データを削除する

次のいずれかの方法で削除できます。

  1. アプリの「あそぶ人を かえる」画面で、その子の名前を削除する（その子の記録だけが消えます）。
  2. 本アプリをアンインストールする（すべての記録が消えます）。

削除したデータを復元することはできません。

「みんなの レベル」の記録を削除する（バージョン1.2.0以降）

保護者の方が「みんなの レベル」に参加した場合、ニックネーム・アイコン・レベル・匿名の利用者番号が Google Firebase に保存されます。次の方法で削除できます。

  1. アプリの「みんなの レベル」→「ならびから おりる」を押す（すぐに削除されます）。
  2. アプリの「あそぶ人を かえる」画面で、その子の名前を削除する（あわせて削除されます）。
  3. 下記のお問い合わせ先に、アプリに表示されるニックネームを添えてご連絡いただく。

180日間更新がない記録は一覧に表示されなくなり、自動的に削除されます。

Data Deletion

How to delete data for the mobile app Omatsuri Nihongo (Japanese Abroad) (developer: CLT NY INC.). The app requires no account. Study records are stored only on the device.

Delete study data on the device

  1. Delete the child’s name on the “switch player” (あそぶ人を かえる) screen — this removes that child’s records only.
  2. Uninstall the app — this removes all records.

Deleted data cannot be restored.

Delete an “Everyone’s Levels” entry (version 1.2.0 and later)

If a parent chose to join “Everyone’s Levels”, the nickname, avatar, levels and an anonymous user ID are stored in Google Firebase. You can delete them by:

  1. Tapping “Leave the list” (ならびから おりる) on the “Everyone’s Levels” screen — deleted immediately.
  2. Deleting the child’s name on the “switch player” screen — deleted at the same time.
  3. Emailing us with the nickname shown in the app.

Entries not updated for 180 days are hidden from the list and deleted automatically.
