CLT NY INC.（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「おまつり日本語」（英語名: Omatsuri Nihongo、以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う利用者の情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 概要

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・生年月日・位置情報・写真・連絡先・広告IDを収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。広告も解析ツール（SDK）も入っていません。

インターネットに接続するのは、バージョン1.2.0で加えた「みんなのレベル」（ほかの利用者とレベルをならべて見る機能）だけです。この機能は、保護者の方が確認の計算問題に答えて「のせる」を選んだときにだけ、次の情報を送ります。初期状態では無効です。

2. 「みんなのレベル」で送る情報（保護者が参加を選んだ場合のみ）

ニックネーム：「げんきなうさぎ」のように、本アプリが用意した言葉の組み合わせから選んだもの。自由に文字を入力する欄はありません（本名などを書きこめないようにしています）
アイコン：プロフィールで選んだ動物の絵
レベル：にほんごけんてい・さんすうけんていのレベル（1〜100）
更新日時
匿名の利用者番号：自分の記録だけを書きかえられるようにするため、Google の Firebase Authentication（匿名ログイン）が端末ごとに発行する番号。メールアドレス・電話番号・端末の識別子とは結びついていません

これらは Google LLC の Firebase（Cloud Firestore）に保存され、本アプリの利用者どうしで「みんなのレベル」の画面に表示されます。広告・マーケティング・プロフィール作成には使いません。第三者に販売・共有しません。

「みんなのレベル」の画面を見るだけでは、何も送信しません（利用者番号も作られません）。

3. 削除と保存期間

アプリの「みんなのレベル」→「ならびからおりる」で、その記録はすぐに削除されます
180日間更新がない記録は一覧に表示されなくなり、自動的に削除されます
削除のご依頼は下記のお問い合わせ先でも受け付けます（アプリに表示されるニックネームをお知らせください）

4. 端末の中だけに保存される情報

次の記録は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。「みんなのレベル」でも送りません。

なまえ：お子さまが入力した呼び名と、選んだ絵・色
学習の記録：星の数、どの文字に何回触れたか、正解したか、けんていのレベル、まちがえた問題の一覧
学習時間：ゲーム・なぞりがき・絵本を開いているあいだの秒数
目標の設定：おとなの方が決めた目標とごほうびの内容

アプリを削除すると、これらはすべて消えます。復元する手段はありません。

5. 広告・解析

本アプリは広告を表示しません。第三者の広告ネットワーク、解析ツール（SDK）は一切組み込んでいません。他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングも行いません。

6. 読み上げ機能

「よみあげる」ボタンは、iOS および Android に内蔵された音声合成機能を使っています。読み上げる文字を当社が送信・保存することはありません。

7. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは子ども向けに作られています。オンラインの機能は初期状態で無効で、保護者の確認（計算問題）を通したときだけ有効になります。送る情報は上記2.に限られ、お子さまに連絡を取るための情報（本名・連絡先など）は受け取りません。保護者の方は、いつでも記録の削除を求めることができます。

8. 料金

本アプリは無料です。アプリ内課金はありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページの最終更新日を改めます。

CLT NY INC. (“we”) handles information in the mobile app “Omatsuri Nihongo” (“the App”) as follows.

1. Summary

The App does not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, location, photos, contacts, or advertising IDs. There is no account registration, no advertising, and no analytics SDK.

The only feature that connects to the internet is “Everyone’s Levels” (added in version 1.2.0), which lets children compare their level with other users. It sends the information below only after a parent answers a verification math question and chooses to join. It is off by default.

2. What “Everyone’s Levels” sends (only if a parent opts in)

Nickname: chosen from word combinations provided by the App (e.g. “genki na usagi”). There is no free-text field, so a real name cannot be entered
Avatar: the animal picture selected in the App profile
Levels: Japanese and math test levels (1–100)
Time of last update
Anonymous user ID: issued by Google Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) so that only your device can update its own entry. It is not linked to an email address, phone number, or device identifier

This information is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and shown to other users of the App on the “Everyone’s Levels” screen. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Simply viewing the “Everyone’s Levels” screen sends nothing (no user ID is created).

3. Deletion and retention

In the App, “Everyone’s Levels” → “Leave the list” (ならびからおりる) deletes the entry immediately
Entries not updated for 180 days are hidden from the list and deleted automatically
You can also request deletion at the contact below (please tell us the nickname shown in the App)

4. Stored only on your device

The following stays on your device and is never sent, including by “Everyone’s Levels”:

The name your child types in, and the avatar and colour they pick
Stars, which characters have been practised and answered, test levels, and the list of missed questions
Study time (seconds spent with a game, tracing, or a book open)
Goals and rewards set by a parent

Deleting the App deletes all of it. There is no way to restore it.

5. Advertising and analytics

No advertising is shown. No third-party advertising network or analytics SDK is included, and we do not track users across other companies’ apps or websites.

6. Text-to-speech

The “read aloud” button uses the speech synthesis built into iOS and Android. We neither transmit nor store the text that is spoken.

7. Children

The App is made for children. The online feature is off by default and is enabled only after a parental check (a math question). Only the information in section 2 is sent; we do not receive any information that could be used to contact a child (such as a real name or contact details). Parents may request deletion at any time.

8. Price

The App is free and has no in-app purchases.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the last-updated date above will be revised.
