ご当地グルメバトル プライバシーポリシー

CLT NY INC.（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「ご当地グルメバトル」（英語名: Plate Clash、以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う利用者の情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、Apple または Google から提供される氏名（ログインしたとき）
- 投稿内容：料理の写真、料理名、お店の名前、値段、国・地域（投稿したとき）
- 投票の記録：どの料理を選んだか、投票した日時（投票したとき）。ログインせずに投票した場合も、端末ごとの匿名 ID に紐づけて記録します。
- 購入の記録：プラン、有効期限、追加票の数（アプリ内で購入したとき）
- 端末の設定：言語、地域、タイムゾーン（通貨の換算と「今日」の区切りに使います）
写真に含まれる撮影位置（GPS）は、端末上で国・地域の候補を出すためだけに使います。サーバーに送る前に画像から削除し、正確な位置情報は保存しません。本アプリは連絡先と端末内の他の写真を取得しません。広告のために Google が取得する情報は「6. 広告・トラッキング」をご覧ください。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は App Store と Google Play が処理し、当社が受け取ることはありません。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、投票・ランキング・投稿の表示・マイページといった本アプリの提供、投稿の分類と不適切な投稿の確認、1 日の投票回数とアプリ内課金の管理、お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用の防止、サービスの改善のために利用します。
3. 外部サービスの利用
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に販売しません。本アプリの運営のため、次の事業者のサービスを利用しており、目的に必要な範囲の情報だけを送ります。これらの事業者には日本国外に所在するものが含まれます。
- Supabase, Inc.：データベース、ログイン、写真の保存（上記 1 の情報）
- Anthropic PBC：AI による料理カテゴリの判定と写真の確認（投稿写真、料理名、お店の名前、地域）。送信した内容が AI の学習に使われることはありません。
- OpenStreetMap Foundation（Nominatim）：入力された地名から国・地域を調べる（入力された地名のテキストのみ）
- RevenueCat, Inc.：アプリ内課金の管理（利用者 ID、購入の記録）
- Google LLC（AdMob）：無料プランでの広告の表示（下記 6 の情報）
- Apple Inc. / Google LLC：ログインと決済（各社の規約に基づく情報）
4. 公開される情報
投稿した写真、料理名、お店の名前、値段、国・地域は、本アプリの他の利用者に公開され、ランキングにも表示されます。氏名とメールアドレスは公開しません。
5. 保存期間と削除
情報はアカウントが存在する間保存します。アプリの「マイページ → アカウントを削除」から、いつでもアカウント、投稿した写真、投票の記録を削除できます。アプリを使えない場合はアカウント削除の手順をご覧ください。法令で保存が必要な情報は、その期間保存することがあります。
6. 広告・トラッキング
無料プランでは、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「AdMob」を使い、投票の合間に全画面の広告（インタースティシャル広告）を表示することがあります。表示は 10 分に 1 回までです。プレミアムプランの利用者には広告を表示しません。
広告を表示するため、Google は利用者の端末から次の情報を取得します。
- 広告 ID（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）などの端末の識別子
- IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置
- 広告の表示やタップなど、広告とアプリの利用状況
利用者の興味に合わせた広告（パーソナライズド広告）は、許可した場合だけ表示します。iOS では、アプリが表示する「トラッキングの許可」の確認で許可した場合だけです（あとから「設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキング」で変更できます）。許可しない場合は、パーソナライズされない広告を表示します。Android では、端末の設定で広告 ID を削除したり、パーソナライズド広告をオフにしたりできます。許可するかどうかにかかわらず、本アプリのすべての機能を使えます。当社が広告 ID を受け取ったり、投票や投稿の記録と結び付けたりすることはありません。Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google の広告に関するポリシーをご覧ください。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは 13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。13 歳未満の方の情報を取得したことがわかった場合は、速やかに削除します。
8. 安全管理
通信はすべて暗号化しています。データベースには行単位のアクセス制御を設定し、利用者が他の利用者の非公開情報にアクセスできないようにしています。
9. ポリシーの変更
このポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに改定後の内容を掲載します。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。

This policy explains how CLT NY INC. (“we”) handles information in the Plate Clash app (Japanese name: ご当地グルメバトル).
What we collect. Account details (email address, and the name provided by Apple or Google); your posts (dish photo, dish name, restaurant, price, country and region); your votes (including votes cast without logging in, linked to an anonymous ID for your device); your purchases (plan, expiry, extra votes); and your device’s language, region and time zone. A photo’s GPS location is used on your device only to suggest a region; it is removed from the image before upload and we never store precise location. We don’t collect contacts or other photos, and we never receive your card details. For what Google collects to show ads, see Ads below.
Why. To run the app (voting, rankings, posts, your page), to categorize posts and screen inappropriate content, to manage daily votes and in-app purchases, to answer support requests, to prevent abuse and to improve the service.
Service providers. We don’t sell your information. We use Supabase (database, sign-in, photo storage), Anthropic (AI categorization and photo screening: photo, dish name, restaurant, place; not used to train AI models), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (the place name you type), RevenueCat (purchase management), Google AdMob (ads on the free plan), and Apple and Google (sign-in and payments). Some providers are located outside Japan.
What others see. Your dish photos, dish names, restaurants, prices and places are public in the app. Your name and email are not.
Retention and deletion. We keep your information while your account exists. Delete your account, photos and votes any time in the app (Me → Delete account) or follow these steps.
Ads. On the free plan, the app may show a full-screen ad (an interstitial from Google AdMob) between votes, at most once every 10 minutes. Premium subscribers never see ads. To show ads, Google collects your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, advertising ID on Android), an approximate location derived from your IP address, and data on how you view and tap ads and use the app. Ads are personalized only if you allow it: on iOS through the app’s tracking permission prompt, otherwise you get non-personalized ads; on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings. Every feature works either way. We don’t receive your advertising identifier or link it to your votes or posts. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Children, security and changes. The app is not directed to children under 13. All traffic is encrypted. We’ll post changes on this page and announce important ones in the app.
